Joe Noone

Joe's role as the Director of Capital Programs with the South Australian Housing involves leading a team of wonderful staff to ensure new public housing is delivered across the state. The team has a range of long-standing construction programs to manage alongside recent new programs including the Public Housing Improvement Program.  The team is also responsible for tenant relocations, a range of environmental and design activities and repairs to properties following significant damage. The team is also leading the delivery of 6 urban renewal projects that will deliver a mix of social, affordable and market housing. Prior to this role, Joe managed Strategy and Policy matters and prior to this relationship and contract management with the South Australia's Community Housing sector.
