Alison Paterson

As Community Services Manager, Alison is responsible for the delivery of all community-based support, engagement and outreach activities to help achieve positive outcomes for tenants and residents. Alison leads experienced support and engagement teams in the delivery of frontline services and ensuring Foundation Housing meets its strategic objectives to manage and sustain positive tenancies.  Alison has a wealth of experience in leading diverse and customer focused teams to deliver strategy, community engagement and services, managing funded programs and case management. Alison has a degree in Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact from the University of Western Australia.
